At Hillside Garage, we take pride in transparency and customer satisfaction. Due to the unique and personalized nature of each vehicle sold, all sales are considered final.

However, if a significant undisclosed issue arises prior to delivery, we will review the case individually to find a fair and reasonable solution.

Return Rights and Exceptions

  • If the purchased vehicle does not match the description or has major defects that were not disclosed prior, please contact us within 5 business days from delivery to initiate the return process.
  • If the vehicle is delivered in a condition that does not meet our advertised quality standards, we offer an option for a refund or exchange, depending on the situation.

Return Procedure

  • Contact us by phone or email to report the issue.
  • Provide the necessary information, including details about the defects found and photo evidence, if possible.
  • The vehicle must be returned within 14 calendar days from delivery, in the same condition it was received, without any modifications or additional damage

Refunds

  • If the return of the vehicle is approved, we will provide a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping fees or any other associated costs. Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days from the receipt of the returned vehicle.

Return Shipping Costs

  • The cost of returning the vehicle is the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases where the vehicle is returned due to a defect or discrepancy from the description.
